Meridian Systems is a Nairobi-based software studio building SaaS platforms, websites, POS systems, and MCP integrations for Kenyan SMEs whose customer relationships run through WhatsApp, phone calls, and notebooks. Our systems are mobile-friendly by default and turn everyday operational data, bookings, orders, and repeat visits into a clear picture of who's coming back and who isn't, so businesses retain more customers and catch the ones slipping away. We've delivered 80+ projects, including Maji Express, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for water distribution across Kenya. We work directly with owners, not account managers, building software around how the business actually keeps its customers.
